Environmental Equipment + Supply, LLC (EE+S) respects an individual’s right to privacy and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information received is treated responsibly and in accordance with any relevant legislation. When you make a payment via the Site and its Clover POS, we collect information about the transaction, which may include personal data. Information about transactions includes the payment card used, name associated with the payment card, the fact that the purchase happened online, date and time of the transaction, transaction amount, and information about the goods or services purchased in the transaction.

Additional information you may provide through the Clover POS includes: 

  • Your email address or phone number, such as if you choose to receive an electronic receipt
  • Your marketing preferences, such as whether you wish to receive marketing communications or newsletters
  • Other information you provide, such as your birthdate, interests or preferences, reviews, and feedback

What do we use your information for?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), to improve customer service, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

How is my Personal Information protected and maintained?

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
