Environmental Equipment Repairs
Environmental Equipment + Supply offers comprehensive repair services, including warranty service and off-warranty repairs, for nearly everything we sell. Our experienced technicians perform quality repairs to your equipment in a timely and economical manner so you can get back into the field faster. We service a wide range of equipment, such as: submersible pumps, water quality meters, air monitors, and water level and interface meters.
Environmental Equipment Repair Process
Getting your environmental equipment repair started is simple. Download and complete our Return Material Authorization (RMA) form (link below) for each desired repair, and email it to [email protected]. A member of our repair team will contact you immediately to collect the initial payment and provide you with an RMA number. Please note: Equipment will not be accepted for repair without an RMA number.
Once you have an RMA number, write it on the side of the box, and ship your equipment to our facility (detailed instructions are included on the RMA form). After evaluating your equipment we will update you on the repairs needed and estimated costs, keeping you informed throughout the repair process.
Payment Policy
We charge a base $60 evaluation fee for all environmental equipment repairs, even if the total repair costs are less. Beyond the initial evaluation, our labor rates are $90 per hour. If your unit is beyond repair, or you opt to not have it fixed after getting the estimate, we will gladly deduct your evaluation fee from the cost of a replacement instrument.
Customers are responsible for all freight charges. Once work has been completed, we will ship your item back to you via UPS ground. If you have any questions, contact our environmental equipment repair team before proceeding.
